Listing Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Items will be photographed in detail, with any defects clearly disclosed if present.
2.⁠ ⁠Items are listed free of charge on Dalida Shop platforms (Website, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok).
3.⁠ ⁠Upon successful sale, a 10% commission with a minimum commission of SAR 100 will be deducted.

Note: All communication and coordination between parties must be conducted through the store only.

Commission Policy

•⁠  ⁠The seller is responsible for paying the commission.
•⁠  ⁠The buyer bears the shipping or delivery cost.
•⁠  ⁠The commission is 10% of the selling price, with a minimum commission of SAR 100.
•⁠  ⁠Listing is free of charge; commission is applied after the sale.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted in one case only:
•⁠  ⁠If a visible defect exists that was not disclosed by the seller and contradicts transparency, provided the claim is made within the inspection period.
•⁠  ⁠The inspection period is 24 hours from the date of receiving the item.
•⁠  ⁠After this period, Dalida Shop is not responsible for any compensation.
•⁠  ⁠The seller bears the cost of return shipping.
